Wheel alignment, or tracking, is the process of ensuring your vehicle’s wheels are set to the optimum position, as per the car manufacturer’s original specifications.
Using our state of the art 4 wheel HD alignment equipment, we will ensure your vehicles wheels are set to the correct setting for toe in or toe out as well as camber and caster settings for all four wheels. This will ensure you get the smoothest and safest ride possible. We are able to undertake the work on any make and model vehicle.

WHY DO WHEEL ALIGNMENTS MATTER?
Having your wheels aligned and getting that alignment checked regularly can not only keep you safe by ensuring your tyres have the optimum contact with the road it can help you save money too. Poorly aligned tyres can wear out faster and need replacing more often, poor wheel misalignment can also decrease miles per gallon by up to 10%.

HOW OFTEN DOES MY CAR NEED AN ALIGNMENT?
The general rule of thumb is to get an alignment done about once every 12-18 months. However, you should check your owner’s manual to see what’s best for your vehicle.

If you often drive in harsh conditions or on pothole-riddled streets, you may need an alignment more frequently.

Signs that you need to get your wheel alignments checked:

Uneven tread wear

Steering wheel is off centre when driving straight

Vehicle pulling to the left or right

Steering wheel vibration

What else should I know?

Is an alignment neccesary when fitting new tyres?

A wheel alignment isn’t necessary when you have new tyres installed, but it’s a really good idea. If you don’t get an alignment with new tyres, you may experience experience uneven tyre wear earlier than normal, which can shorten your tyres’ lifespan.

How long does it take?

Our Hunter PA200 PLUS four-wheel aligner uses HawkEye® digital imaging technology, and is renowned for its accuracy. It uses two digital cameras which measure the position and orientation of the wheels with pinpoint accuracy using reflective targets. It delivers accurate 14-point live alignment readings in a matter of minutes.

N.B. Not all vehicles can have their rear toe adjusted due to the vehicle’s design or manufacture, please discuss this with our trained mechanics.

We reserve the right to refuse a wheel alignment if your vehicle’s suspension has been modified.
