If for any reason we identify an issue then this will be discussed with you in detail and a solution found, again we never undertake additional work without first discussing and agreeing it with you. Equally any advisory issues identified are also discussed with you, allowing you to make informed decisions regarding your vehicle.

What else should I know?
If your vehicle fails you will be notified of all necessary repairs, and the cost to correct them. You will only have parts repaired/replaced if they need to be in order to pass the test – but we will offer advice on anything else that may cause a problem between now and your next service.
We can also send you a reminder nearing the due date of your next MOT test.
